Tenure status of dwelling

Tenure status of households main dwelling is grouped as follows: owner-occupied dwelling (own house, own share in housing corporation), rented dwelling (rented dwelling, right of occupancy dwelling or part-ownership dwelling), other tenure status (e.g. life annuity, kinship)

Low-income earner

Low-income earners (persons at risk of poverty) are considered those whose household's disposable money income per consumption unit (so-called equivalent income) is lower than 60 per cent of the equivalent median money income of all households.
