Documentation of statistics Renovation costs of residential buildings is obtained by an annual sample survey. For non-residential buildings, renovation costs are based, for each type of building, on a sample survey every three years and in other years on the preceding sample survey and estimation made by data on building permits. Estimation has not been made for all data.
