Documentation of statistics The price level index describes the price levels of the selected group of countries at a certain point in time, calculated using a common commodity basket. The figures in the table are based on European Comparison Programme price surveys coordinated by Eurostat and OECD. Average price level of EU member states (EU27_2020) is depicted with the value 100. Statistics Finland updates the figures annually, in connection with the publication released at the end of June.
