Documentation of statistics The Labour Force Survey was renewed at the beginning of 2021. The table contains time series corrected retrospectively in accordance with the new estimation method that are not comparable with data from earlier years. This Table 12bt replaces Table 11qn that has been transferred to the archive database. The data on employer sector are based on the Classification of Sectors 2012 before 2023, and on the Classification of Sectors 2023 from 2023 onwards. The employer sector category 'Local government (incl. wellbeing services county administration)' includes municipalities, joint municipal authorities, the Government of Åland, other local government units, and from 2023 onwards also wellbeing services county administration. In the table, fixed-term employment relationships also include the cases in which the type of employment relationship was not known.
