Accidents and violence (short list of external causes)

According to the WHO guideline, the alcohol-related disease (alcoholism or alcoholic liver disease) was preferred to the alcohol poisoning as the underlying cause of death in the statistics in 1998-2004.
This rule is not valid since 2005.
