Käsitteet ja määritelmät Vuodesta 2005 työeläkevakuutuksen piiriin kuuluvat 18-68 -vuotiaat, kun aiemmin työeläkevakuuttamissvelvollisuus on alkanut jo 14-vuoden iästä lähtien.
Tämä näkyy työssäkäyntitilastossa vuodesta 2005 alkaen nuorten työllisyyden vähenemisenä ja opiskelijoiden määrän kasvuna.
Alaikäisten työssäkäyntiä ei pystytä rekisteritietojen perusteella luotettavasti tilastoimaan.
