The statistics are based on total data, which are gradually supplemented as municipal building supervisors enter data in the register.
Due to the slow accumulation of notices of building starts, the actual number of building projects started is estimated using the number of known starts. The estimation of starts data is made monthly for the latest 24 months. Data older than that are not estimated.
Construction stage
The construction stage indicates the current status of the construction project. Statistics on building and dwelling production provides information on granted building permits, started building projects and completed buildings.
Information
Dwellings (No.)
The number of new dwellings or dwelling units used for permanent residence directed to building permits granted in a certain period.
