From 2022 onwards, the group of those continuing in guidance or preparatory education includes preparatory education for an upper secondary qualification (TUVA) and folk high school year for those of compulsory education age.In examination of transition from school to further education and work, completion of a vocational partial qualification prior to TUVA education has been prioritised.
