Documentation of statistics The Labour Force Survey was renewed at the beginning of 2021. The table contains time series corrected retrospectively in accordance with the new estimation method that are not comparable with data from earlier years. This Table 12bt replaces Table 11qn that has been transferred to the archive database. A new classification of employer sectors based on the standard Classification of Sectors 2012 was introduced at the beginning of 2020. The data according to the new and old classifications are not fully comparable with each other. Further information about the classification change: http://stat.fi/til/tyti/tyti_2020-02-25_men_001_en.html In the table, fixed-term employment relationships also include the cases in which the type of employment relationship was not known.
